Water

Ethanol Rx's unique adaptive hydrocarbon technology allows it to react with the water and Ethanol layer at the tank bottom. When Ethanol Rx comes in contact with water it instantly converts it to a component of a combustible liquid. This micro encapsulation allows the new emulsion to be suspended in the fuel and burned off during the normal combustion process.

Both containers contain 100 ml E-10 and 5 ml water. The container on the left is treated with 5 ml Ethanol Rx.		After agitation for 15 seconds notice the container on the left has the entire column saturated with red. The container on the right has little or no suspension.

Stability

The process by which fuel is refined causes it to be unstable directly from the refinery. It is called Cracking. Crude oil is nothing but long chains of hydrocarbon. By Cracking some of the longer chains into several smaller chains different products are produced.

This is a crude oil long chain hydrocarbon before Cracking.	This is a resulting product after Cracking .	This is a second resulting product.

As you can see the Cracking process is useful in producing more products from the base crude and in most cases the resulting products are stable. In the case of fuels the Cracking process leaves some of the chains with an open molecule at the end. This open end is looking for another molecule to attract and close the chain. This attraction can cause the fuel chains to reform with the chains that they were originally a part of and the result is not fuel but sludge and slime.

Efficiency

Ethanol Rx modifies the burn chemistry of the fuel to restore it to the intended level.
This results in increased mileage and economy that may have been lost by the addition of Ethanol.
